This website is displayed for the purpose of displaying real-time water quality data and a retrievable historical database of buoy mounted general water sensors. The buoy is located off of Shakleton Point on the southwest side of Oneida Lake, approximately 300 yards from the shoreline. This website is intended for use by fisherman, recreational users of the waterway, students interested in a water based monitoring program, scientists, water professionals and other interested parties. This site is a cooperative venture between SUNY ESF, Cornell University, O'Brien & Gere as server host and Source Sentinel LLC.

PROVISIONAL DATA SUBJECT TO REVISION
Data available from this site - from both the weather station and the buoy - are preliminary and have received little or no review. Inaccuracies in the data may be present as a result of instrument malfunctions, physical changes at the measurement site or other reasons not known. Subsequent review may result in significant revisions to the data
